• Disposal to Strickland Metals:

Ø $800,000 cash in two tranches ($400k received; $400k due Jan 22) Ø 40m STK shares (escrowed for 12 months/July 2022)

Ø 0.5% Net Smelter Royalty personal

• Strickland disposal is strategic for Renegade Ø Creates 100km long control over Celia Shear
