Update re Circular to Shareholders

REH announces that Roger Harper has resigned from the Board of directors with effect from 15th November 2013.  David Weir, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has taken over as Non-Executive Chairman.  Given the strategy of the Company and its limited operations there is no current intention to replace Roger on the board of the REH ("Board").  The remaining members of the Board would like to thank Roger for his contribution to REH.

In the Interim Results, announced on 30 September 2013, REH stated that it expected to post a circular to shareholders, convening a general meeting of the Company ("Circular"), during the course of the following two months.  The purpose of the general meeting would be for independent shareholders to consider a resolution to extend the convertibility terms relating to the Utilico Convertible Loan, as previously announced.  The Company announces that there is a delay in posting the circular as it has been prioritising operational matters. 

Further announcements with regard to the Circular will be made as appropriate.
