Rengo Jointly Develops Uni Mechanical Pencil Refill Leads Packaging with Mitsubishi Pencil
Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that it has jointly developed a new packaging featuring the unique characteristics of corrugated board for uni mechanical pencil refill leads, which will be launched on February 22 by Mitsubishi Pencil Co., Ltd.
The newly developed packaging is made from a square-cut corrugated board, which contains four refill cases worth of leads in the wavy spaces on the cut end. The plastic cases used until now have been for single-use, but this package can be used to refill leads repeatedly. Together with its recyclable material, the package has become a convincingly environmental-friendly product series.
The Rengo Group will continue to develop packaging that helps to reduce environmental impact.
