The Board of Directors of Research and Production Corporation United Wagon Company, PJSC (UWC) appointed Dmitry Olyunin as the company's new CEO. The executive took office on 7 November 2022.

Dmitry Olyunin was born in 1968. The executive graduated from Moscow State University and holds a Candidate of Sciences degree in Economics.

Mr. Olyunin has a vast experience as a top manager in Russian and international companies. He has been a member of UWC's board of directors until now and held managerial positions at various Russian banks, including Vostochny Bank, VTB Bank (PJSC) and Rosbank, JSC.

Dmitry Olyunin's extensive experience in banking will help settle the pressing issues of building up the company's financial position and enhancing its competitive potential in the current environment."

My predecessor's goal was to ensure the continuity and stability of production flows and technical processes against the backdrop of a challenging market environment. This goal has been successfully achieved. We now need to both continue upgrading our cutting-edge manufacturing facilities and focus on the efficiency of business processes and reinforcement of financial position, as well as to prepare for and make another strategic step forward.

The new UWC's CEO Dmitry Olyunin succeeds Timofey Khryapov who has headed the company since 2018.
