RIMOUSKI, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Jan 20, 2015) - Today, upon a motion filed by LRC-RA LP ("LRC"), a secured creditor of Ressources Appalaches Inc. (TSX VENTURE:APP) ("Appalaches") and Dufferin Resources Incorporated ("Dufferin"), the Bankrupcy and Insolvency division of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia issued an order appointing Ernst & Young Inc. ("E&Y") as the receiver and manager of the assets, property and undertakings of Appalaches and of Dufferin pursuant to the provisions of section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3 (the "BIA") and section 43(9) of the Judicature Act, R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 240.
