PRESS RELEASE Nominations to Ressources Appalaches Board and adds to its Dufferin Gold Mine Management Team

Rimouski, June 26, 2013 - Ressources Appalaches (APP - TSXV) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jose Oro, PhD. as a Director of the Company effective 25 June 2013. Mr. Oro brings more than 35 years of global mining practical experience as well as advance technical expertise to the Ressources Appalaches Team. The Company is also pleased to announce that it has expanded its Management Team at the mine to include Mr. Steve Hebert, PMP, as Chief of Administration and Mr. Darrin Campbell, CMA, as Controller.

The addition of Mr. Oro to the Board, and of Mr. Hebert and Campbell to the Dufferin Mine Management Team, is a significant milestone as the Company continues to progress on its path to production with the intent of resuming gold production in the coming months at Dufferin Mine.

Additional Professional Expertise to the Team

Mr. Oro's most recently held appointments were as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Gran Colombia Gold Corp, Galway Resources' Vice-President and Country Manager as well as Vice President of Kirkland Lake Gold. He also served as a Director of the Ministry of Basic Industries of Cuba. He was in charge of re-starting Kirkland Lake Gold's Macassa mine with a 1,500TPD mill. Mr. Oro has authored and published over 60 scientific research papers, five books and 10 bankable feasibility studies.

Steve Hebert has over 25 years of operational and managerial experience with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a MA in Disaster and Emergency Management. Mr. Hebert has also acquired a Masters Certificate in Project Management an internationally recognised Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. Leading multi-disciplinary organisations and project management is Steve's primary area of expertise. Mr. Hebert is a resident of Nova Scotia.


Darrin Campbell a native of Nova Scotia and graduate of Saint Mary's University, is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over 16 years' experience. Mr. Campbell has held the role of Controller and CFO of numerous private and public entities throughout his career and has developed a deep understanding and experience in the venture capital and junior resource sectors.
