Shareholders of RG Brands decided not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2022

/KASE, August 28, 2023/ - RG Brands JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on August 21, 2023. Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions: - to approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the company for 2022; - to approve the audited separate financial statements of the company for 2022; - not to distribute net income, and also not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company. Decisions on a total of six items on the agenda were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
