Sub: Prior Intimation of convening the Board Meeting to consider preferential issue of equity shares of the Company

Dear Sir/ Madam,

In accordance with the captioned regulations of SEBI LODR and other applicable provisions, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022 to consider the issue of equity shares of the Company by way of preferential allotment, in accordance with the applicable laws and shall be subject to such regulatory/ statutory approvals, as may be required, including the approval of the shareholders of the Company.

Further, we wish to inform you that the Company proposes to seek Members' approval for the said proposal in due course by way of Postal Ballot/ Extraordinary General Meeting.

For the purpose of above and as per the Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, Trading Window, for dealing in the securities of the Company, has been closed from

Tuesday, November 15,2022 till Tuesday, November 22,2022 {both days inclusive).
