Hsinchu, Taiwan, June 9, 2014 - Richtek reported today that May 2014 consolidated net sales was around NT$ 979 million, up 2.30% from a year ago, and down 0.59% from April.

Ms. Lorna-Li Yao, Spokesperson, noted that with stable customer demand, May revenue was flat MoM.
