(Alliance News) - RM PLC on Friday said the UK Competition & Markets authority cleared the completed GBP16.0 million sale of the company's Integris and Finance Business to Key Support Services Ltd.

The CMA on Friday announced it will not refer the sale by RM, an Oxfordshire, England-based IT products and services provider, to a phase 2 investigation.

RM now anticipates to receive GBP3.5 million in cash within 10 business days as part of the sale, on top of a GBP550,000 additional payment.

RM shares were 2.6% higher at 90.28 pence each on Friday morning in London.
