The subscribed, Rompetrol Well Services S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), informs the shareholders and the public of the election of Mr. Batyrzhan Tergeussizov as Chairman of the Board of Directors, for a term equal to that of the Company's director, respectively May 01, 2023

• April 30, 2026, based on Resolution no. 1 adopted by the Company's Board of Directors on May 02, 2023.

At the same time, by Resolution no. 2 of the Board of Directors as of May 02, 2023, the election of Mr. Batyrzhan Tergeussizov as a member of the Audit Committee was approved.

The election of Messrs. Batyrzhan Tergeussizov as director of the Company was approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as of April 26, 2023.

The changes in the management structure were registered with the Trade Registry Office attached to Prahova Court based on the resolution no. 26268 issued on May 08, 2023.
