ROS AGRO PLC Rusagro Group announces the appointment of Maxim Ravba as General Director of Rusagro Tekh LLC, who previously held the position of business partner of the information technology function of the Oil and Fats business.
In his new position Maxim Ravba to lead digital transformation unit and will carry out operational development of Rusagro Tekh LLC. More than 100 projects aimed to development and implementation of in all business segments of Rusagro to pass into his control.
The powers of Artem Petrov, who previously held the post of General Director of Rusagro Tekh LLC, were terminated early. The authority of General Director of Oil and Fats business, Natalia Koroy, were also terminated. Rusagro Group is grateful to Artem and Natalia for their work and wishes success in building their future career.
In addition, Rusagro Group has entered the final stage of building a unified structure that will integrate all oil and fat assets, and targets to improve financial results employing synergy effects. We are searching for candidates for the role of General Director of Oil and Fats segment, the successful candidate will be appointed to a new unified structure.
Until the appointment of a new Oil and Fats segment General Director, General Director of Rusagro Group Timur Lipatov will temporarily act as a head of the united Oil and Fats business.
Rusagro Tekh LLC is a subsidiary of Rusagro Group, which supports IT processes, infrastructure, software development for the agricultural holding and implementation of projects in the field of IT and digitalization.
