Joint Stock Company Interregional Distribution Grid Companies Holding provided capex guidance for 2013. CAPEX for 2013 is expected to amount to RUB 152 billion, with 81% allocated for new capacity, compared to the total CAPEX of RUB 131 billion in 2012, with 75% spent on new capacity. The Company plans to commission 38 new major capacities in 2013.
