Rosseti Public Joint Stock : Corporate Finance Block Was Recognized for the Active Implementation of Innovations in Business Processes

The team of the company's financiers won in the category of the Most Effective Project for Restructuring the Treasury and Cash Management at the 2021 CFO of the Year award.

Vladislav Kapitonov, Corporate Finance Director, was awarded for the implementation of advanced technological solutions in transforming the cash management and control system.

Rosseti Group is implementing a project of a phased transition from a centralized treasury to a target model for the functioning of a financial settlement center through the unified IT system. The task is to ensure efficient and effective management of intra-group liquidity and external borrowings. All preparatory activities were carried out by the company's financial department.

"Systematic work and Rosseti's unified financial policy within the framework of a single treasury have been highly appreciated not only by Russian, but also by international business community, as evidenced, among other things, by the company's high positions in various financial and corporate ratings", noted Pavel Grebtsov, Deputy Director General for Economic Affairs and Finance.

The CFO of the Year has been awarded since 2009. It is aimed at developing a professional community and supporting effective financial management. This year, the award winners were selected in 16 nominations.
