Russel Metals Inc. completed the acquisition Alliance Supply Ltd. for $8 million.

Russel Metals Inc. is a metals distribution company in North America with a growing focus on value-added processing. Its steel distributors operations act as master distributors selling steel in large volumes to other steel service centers and large equipment manufacturers.
