Sahara International Petrochemical Company at its Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on May 25, 2021 approved the dividends distributed for the year 2020 with a total amount of SAR 366,666,666, which is equal to a total of 50 Halalah per share, representing (5%) of the capital.

The Company owns, establishes, operates and manages industrial projects related to chemical and petrochemical industries.
