MEDIA & ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 12 September 2014 SAI Global extends deadline for proposals to Tuesday, 16 September 2014 Sydney, 12 September 2014: SAI Global Limited (ASX:SAI, or "the Company") has extended the deadline for proposals to acquire either the whole, or parts of the Company, from 5:00 pm today until 5:00 pm next Tuesday, 16 September 2014.
Following receipt of a request for an extension of time from a number of parties in the process, the Board has determined that it is in shareholders' best interests for an extension to be granted.
SAI continues to caution that there is no guarantee that a binding proposal for either the whole of the Company, or any individual business, that is certain and capable of being recommended to shareholders will eventuate.
