・The quality of road pavements is not sufficient, as pavement damage is noticeable everywhere, even on the main road networks throughout the city. ・Current road maintenance and repair works are often conducted by temporary measures and it is not a long-lasting solution for road maintenance and repair works. Therefore; it can be deduced that improvement on the construction method for maintenance and repair is necessary.

This project is aiming at the standardization of cement and asphalt emulsion stabilizer method, an exceptional Japanese road repair technology, as a new road repair
construction method, to encourage the use of cement and asphalt emulsion stabilizer method and road stabilizers (PM550-s).
How to Achieve the Development Issues (Business Model)
・Encourage government bodies to procure road stabilizers and adopt the application of CAE method. Subsequently, we will market road stabilizers (PM550-s) to state-run enterprises and private construction companies, conducting sales, servicing and training.
・Our distribution channel begins with manufacturing by PT SAKAI INDONESIA, sales of machines by SAKAI SALES AND SERVICES to distributors, whom then supplies and services state-owned and private construction companies.
