6 April 2017 EXPERIENCED POTASH MINING EXECUTIVE APPOINTED AS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Salt Lake Potash Limited (Salt Lake or the Company) is pleased to advise that it has appointed an experienced international potash mining engineer, Mr Will Longworth, as Chief Operating Officer, commencing 18 April 2017.

Mr Longworth is an Australian Mining Engineer with over 25 years of experience across a broad range of mining operations as well as in project analysis and development. For the past 10 years, Mr Longworth has principally been involved in large potash projects around the world, including for Vale and Rio Tinto on the Kronau Potash Project in Saskatchewan, Canada and Potasio Rio Colorado Potash Project in Argentina.

Salt Lake CEO Matt Syme commented "We are very pleased to appoint someone of the calibre and technical expertise of Mr Longworth. Mr Longworth brings the experience and necessary expertise needed to lead Salt Lake's technical and operating team to complete the Lake Wells Pre- Feasibility Study and continue to move the Company's Projects into development. Mr Longworth will be integral in Salt Lake pursing it's objective of producing world class SOP from Australian salt lakes."

Remuneration of Key Management Personnel

Mr Will Longworth will be granted 1,000,000 performance rights (which vest upon satisfaction of various key project development milestones) under the Company's Performance Rights Plan as part of the long term incentive component of his remuneration.
