PT. SAN FANG INDONESIA is going to purchase a nearby land around 50,000
square meter. Based on the company article of "Regulations Governing
the Acquisition and Disposal of Assets",the company will proceed
the required procedures after receiving the assessment report
from the real estate appraiser.
6.Countermeasures:In the future,if the purchasing price meets the disclosure
requirements, the comapny will publish announcements accordingly.
