San Miguel Food and Beverage, Inc. announced removal of Justice Minita V. Chico-Nazario in view of her demise on February 16, 2022 as Independent Director. Effective Date of Resignation/Cessation of term: February 17, 2022. Justice Nazario was also Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, and member of the Related Party Transactions and Board Risk Oversight Committees.
San Miguel Food and Beverage, Inc. is a food and beverage company. Its segments include Food, Beer and Non-alcoholic Beverages (NAB), and Spirits.
