As the end of CY2022 Second Quarter, Sanden Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces that extraordinary loss has been recognized as below.

1. As for Recognition of Extraordinary Loss

１) Recognition of Extraordinary Loss (impairment loss)

As the Company has decided to record impairment losses on fixed assets, an impairment loss of 858 million yen has been recorded in the consolidated financial statements.

2. Impact on the Company's Performance

Extraordinary Loss above is reflected in "Summary of Quarterly Consolidated Financial Statement as of June 30, 2022" released today.
