Sberbank Rossia on Tuesday announced changes to its management board and a new organizational structure as part of a plan to transform from bank to diversified ecosystem.

The company said that from June 1 it will create two ecosystems--B2B for legal entities and B2C for individual customers--providing "a comprehensive view of client needs and create a seamless customer experience when using Sber's services."

As part of the plan Alexander Vedyakhin, first deputy chairman of the executive board, will oversee the development of the B2B ecosystem and Kirill Tsarev will become first deputy chair of the B2C ecosystem. Mr. Tsarev is currently deputy chairman of the executive board and head of Sberbank's retail business unit.

The bank said that it plans to appoint Chief Financial Officer Alexandra Buriko as deputy chair of the executive board.

In addition to the moves, First Deputy Chairman Lev Khasis plans to step down from his role and become president and chairman of the board of the e-commerce holding.
