SciQuest, Inc. (Nasdaq: SQI), the leading public provider of spend management solutions delivering value beyond savings, today announced the most recent charitable contributions from its SciQuest Charitable Fund. In partnership with the Triangle Community Foundation, this year’s grants support mental health and recovery organizations that provide emotional, professional and financial stability to those in need.

The SciQuest Charitable Fund, which was created in 2011, provides support to 501c3 organizations on a bi-annual basis, and has donated funds to more than 30 different organizations since inception. This year’s spring donation recipients include:

  • NAMI (the National Alliance on Mental Illness) is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.
  • Club Nova Community is an organization that promotes and provides opportunities for individuals with mental illness to lead meaningful and productive lives of their choice in the community.
  • The Life Skills Foundation is an organization whose mission is to provide housing, life skills, job training, and mental health services to at risk and homeless young adults primarily in the 16-22 year old range.

“Charitable giving is at the heart of our culture,” said Stephen Wiehe, president and CEO of SciQuest. “Supporting organizations that serve our communities’ most-at risk and vulnerable individuals is one way that SciQuest and our employees can make a positive impact on the lives of others and we are pleased to be able to assist in those efforts.”
