"The Board of Directors confirms that the 2023 outlook, which in turn reaffirms the projections already resolved as part of the 2022-2024 business plan update, represents the group's main dynamics and growth expectations over the period. The 2023 outlook forecasts consolidated production value of approximately EUR224 million and consolidated adjusted Ebitda of approximately EUR55.4 million. This outlook stems from the continuation of organic growth in the eco-sustainable window and door frames and solar shading business as well as the execution of the already acquired backlog inherent to the design and implementation of energy and seismic upgrading activities."
