OGK-2 releases unaudited interim consolidated abbreviated Financial Statements for the 9 months ended September 30, 2017, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

* EBITDA= Operating profit + Depreciation and Amortization.

The Group revenue for 9H 2017 totaled RUR 103,690 mn, up by 10.1% mainly, on the account of growing capacity sales.

Operating expenses totaled RUR 88,943 mn, growing thus by 1.4% year-on-year, on the account of variable costs increase.

Operating profit increased by 2.4x year-on-yearup to RUR 13,978 mn.EBITDA grew by 76.4% year-on-year, up to RUR 22,329 mn. Profit increased by 3.9x up to RUR 7,672 mn.
