Secura Group Limited Appoints Wilson Sam as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director and to the Audit Committee, Effective 1 July 2020

Its security printing business provides security printing services of value documents with anti-counterfeit features. The Company's range of value documents include bank cheques and passbooks, educational certificates, marriage certificates and machine-readable betting slips, amongst others. Its security solution services include cybersecurity, security systems integration and other security products and services. It also operates a training academy that offers Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) courses for security services.
