Dr. Dorothea von Wichert-Nick joins the Executive Board with responsibility for Marketing and Sales for affilinet. Axel Hamann will become CFO of Sedo Holding AG.

Munich, 7thJune 2011 - Sedo HoldingAG is appointing twonew members of the Executive Board as of 1stJuly and thus strengthening its management team. Dr. Dorothea von Wichert-Nickis joining the company as a new member of the Executive Board for Marketing and Sales for affilinet. In this function, Dr. Dorothea von Wichert-Nickwill assume international responsibility for the areas of Customer Service, Sales, Product Development and Marketing for Germany's leading Affiliate network. Besides strategic positioning as well as international market development, above all, she will advance the consistent further development of the affilinet business with a focus on customer groups and innovative product development. As new CFO, Axel Hamann will be responsible for the areas of Finance and Human Resources of Sedo Holding AG. In this position, Hamann will succeed Andreas Janssen who is leaving Sedo Holding AG at the end of his contract as of 30th June 2011 and who will devote himself to other tasks in future.

  Dr. Dorothea von Wichert-Nick, 43, was previously employed as Managing Director of Solon Management Consulting, an international strategy consultancy for leading European media and telecommunications companies and their investors. The main emphasis of her extensive project work was on the development of new strategies and business models and on the strategic support of M&A activities. Other stages in her career were spent in the strategy area of Deutsche Telekom as well as with the Fraunhofer Institute for System Engineering and Innovation Research.

  Axel Hamann, 50, was Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH, a leading international management consultancy for restructuring and performance improvement, since July 2008. Previously, he worked as an executive board member or managing director in companies in the IT and consumer goods industries.
