Sembcorp Salalah Power & Water Company SAOG Announces Executive Changes, Effective from December 1, 2018

Sembcorp Salalah Power and Water Company SAOG is an Oman-based company, which develops, owns and operates an electricity generation and seawater desalination plant, the Salalah Independent Water and Power Plant, located between Taqah and Mirbat in Oman. The Company’s core business activity is to provide electricity and water in the region of Dhofar. The Company’s plant has a net capacity about 489 megawatts and a contracted water capacity approximately 15 million imperial gallons (69,000 cubic meters) per day. It consists of a gas-fired combined cycle power plant and a reverse osmosis seawater desalination plant.
