Semirara Mining and Power Corporation is a Philippines-based mining company, which is engaged in the exploration, extraction, and development of coal resources. The Companyâs primary purpose is to search for prospect, explore, dig, and drill, mine, exploit, extract, produce, mill, purchase or otherwise acquire, store, hold transport, use experiment with, market, distribute, exchange, sell and otherwise dispose of, import, export and handle, trade, and generally deal in, ship coal, coke, and other coal products of all grades. The Company's truck and shovel operations produces around 16 million metric tons of coal per year.
