Macadam Europe Nv entered into an agreement to acquire Automotive Asset Assessment and Retail Network Services Operations Business from SGS SA (SWX:SGSN) on March 2, 2023. The transaction is subject to consultation with employees as required by the local jurisdictions. The business recorded revenues of ?21 million in 2022. The transaction is expected to be completed on July 1, 2023. Joshua Martin of KPMG AG, Schweiz, Corporate Finance Division acted as financial advisor to SGS SA.
