SHANGHAI PHARMACEUTICALS HOLDING CO., LTD Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co. Ltd. at its AGM held on June 29, 2023, approved a cash dividend of RMB 6.10 (tax inclusive) for every ten (10) Shares for year 2022. The cash dividends are expected to be paid on 28 August 2023, to Shareholders whose names appear on the H Share register of members of the Company on 19 July 2023, (the "Record Date").
Holders of H Shares whose names appear on the register of members of the Company at the close of business on the Record Date are entitled to the cash dividends.
