Ltd. announced that in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors dated on 28 March 2024, the company proposed a cash dividend to the shareholders at RMB 4.10 per 10 shares (including tax). The profit distribution plan needs to be approved by the 2023 annual general meeting of the Company.
Cash dividend of H Shares is expected to be paid before 30 August 2024.
