Shell announces that its subsidiary Shell Singapore has reached an agreement to sell its Singapore Energy and Chemicals Park to CAPGC, a joint venture between Chandra Asri Capital and Glencore Asian Holdings.

Shell's entire interest in Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Singapore will be transferred to CAPGC.

CAPGC will take over the staff of Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Singapore, ensuring business continuity and contributing to operational reliability and safety.

Shell indicates that the transaction is expected to close by the end of the year, subject to regulatory approval.
