Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd. announced the retirement of Tsuyoshi Miyazaki as outside director. Board announced the retirement of Kiyoshi Nagano as Outside Audit and Supervisory board member. Both will retire from their positions at the conclusion of the 146th ordinary general meeting scheduled to be held on June 29, 2023.
