Shinoken Group Co.,Ltd. is a holding company. The Apartment Sales segment is engaged in the proposal of rental housing business plans, the sale of land for apartments to individual investors. The Condominium Buildings Sales segment is engaged in planning and selling condominium buildings for investment purpose, as well as the sale of a block of condominiums to condominium sale companies. The Real Estate Leasing and Management segment provides support services for rental housing operation to customers, including the tenant invitation, rent collection and maintenance services for rental housing. The Financial Security-related segment is engaged in the financing for purchase of properties and the back rent guarantee business. The Others segment is engaged in the sale of liquefied petroleum (LP) gas to tenants of rental housing.
