The board of directors of Shunfeng International Clean Energy Limited announced that Mr. Tse Man Kit Keith has tendered his resignation as the chief financial officer, the company secretary and the authorised representative of the company under the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance, with effect from 3 November 2018 to spend more time on his personal commitments. The company is currently looking for a suitable candidate to be the new company secretary and the authorised representative of the company under the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance. In the meantime, the Board announced that Mr. Lu Bin, an executive director of the company, has been appointed as the company secretary and the authorised representative of the company under the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance with effect from 3 November 2018.

Mr. Lu has 22 years of working experience. He worked as a teacher of Shanghai International Studies University, an investigator of Inland Revenue Department of New Zealand and as a director of China Energy Oil Investment Limited. Mr. Lu is a chartered accountant of New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The company will also appoint a new chief financial officer as soon as possible and further announcement will be made once the new chief financial officer of the Company has been appointed. The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Tse for his valuable contributions to the company during his tenure of service.
