SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

CONNECTED TRANSACTION IN RELATION TO

PROPERTY LEASING AGREEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Shunfeng International Clean Energy Limited (the "Company") dated 11 August 2020 (the "Announcement") in relation to the Property Leasing Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings defined in the Announcement.

This announcement is made to provide supplemental information on the identity of the ultimate beneficial owner of the landlord to the Property Leasing Agreement, Bank of China.

INFORMATION ON THE LANDLORD

Bank of China is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited ("BOC"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability and listed on the Stock Exchange (stock code: 2388). The principal business activities of BOC and its subsidiaries are the provision of banking and related financial services. To the best of the Directors' knowledge, information and belief having made all reasonable enquiry, BOC is not a connected person of the Company and is a third party independent of the Company and its connected persons.
