Sigma Capital : Takes Home TWO Property Week RESI Awards!

We are ecstatic to have walked away with TWO Property Week RESI Awards this week!! We're delighted to have received the PRS Deal of the Year Award for our London BTR Investments Limited JV with EQT Exeter, delivering new BTR homes in affordable areas of Greater London. The Joint Venture is being supported by Homes England, the housing agency of the UK Government, and is targeting the establishment of an initial portfolio of approximately 3,000 homes with a value in excess of £1bn.

Additionally, we're beside ourselves to have been recognised for all our hard work over the past 2 years with the Best Covid Response Award. The award follows the resident focussed initiatives put in place to help ease some of the financial strain caused by the pandemic. Deferred payment plans were put in place, NHS staff discounts were applied, as well and clear communication updates and organised virtual activities to support customer health and wellbeing.

We want to say a massive thank you to the whole Sigma and Simple Life team - we're very blessed to have such a passionate and driven dynamic at Sigma. And another huge thank you to all our partners, who we couldn't have achieved what we have without you.
