Silver Range Resources CEO Mike Power joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce the company's acquisition of a new high-grade gold, silver, and copper property in Nevada named Shamrock.

Power explained that the property features limestone intersected by a network of variably dipping veins and breccias that run in a NNE (north-northeast) and WNW (west-northwest) direction, covering an area of approximately 300 meters by 800 meters. Initial grab samples collected from the site have returned significant assay results, including gold assays of up to 233 g/t (grams per ton) gold, silver assays of up to 1,502 g/t silver, and copper assays with the highest reaching 4.04%.

The style of mineralization at Shamrock suggests a carbonate replacement deposit (CRD) type, located near an intrusive source but outside the marble front. Jurassic felsic intrusive rocks are found about 3 km southeast of the property and may be the primary source of the mineralization.

The Shamrock Property encompasses the historic Woodman and Gilded Age Mines, which were key producers in the Sacramento Mining District. Gold and silver mineralization in this district were discovered in the late 1800s, with intermittent production from the Gilded Age Mine starting around 1875 and continuing until 1948. The nearby Woodman Mine operated from 1898 to 1948.
