On January 4, 2021, the Board of Directors (the Board") of SilverSun Technologies, Inc. (the Company") appointed Mr. Joseph Macaluso as Chief Financial Officer of the Company (the CFO Appointment"). Concurrently, Mr. Joseph Macaluso submitted his resignation from his positions as a member of the Board and Chairman of the
Audit Committee of the Company, effective immediately (the Resignation"). Mr. Macaluso did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
