Simplicity Esports and Gaming Company, through its subsidiary, PLAYlive Nation, Inc. (PLAYlive), has a network of franchised esports gaming centers. The Company has five franchised locations operating in California, Georgia, Ohio, South Carolina and Texas. PLAYlive offers a video gaming lounge concept to qualified franchisees. PLAYlive offers single-unit location franchises, as well as agreements to develop multiple locations. The Company’s organized, multiplayer video games that include real-time strategy, fighting, first-person shooter and multiplayer online battle arena games. It also includes games, which can be played, primarily by amateurs, in multiplayer competitions on the Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox and WII Nintendo systems.
