RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

AND CHANGE OF MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

Singamas Container Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Teo Tiou Seng ("Mr. Teo") has resigned as an executive director of the Company, and also accordingly ceased as a member of the management committee of the Company with effect from 11 March 2021 to devote more time to his own affairs.

Mr. Teo has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") and there are no other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company in relation to his resignation.

The Board wishes to express its gratitude to Mr. Teo for his valuable contribution to the Group.
