The Company's principal activities are publishing, printing and distributing newspapers, distributing magazines and books, and providing multimedia content and services, among others. Its segments include Media, Retail & Commercial, PBSA and Others. The Media segment is engaged in the production of content for distribution on print and other media platforms. The Retail & Commercial segment holds, manages and develops properties in the retail and residential sectors. The PBSA segment holds, manages and develops properties in the student accommodation sector. It has businesses and investments in online classifieds, aged care, exhibitions, education, New Media Fund, treasury and other business adjacencies. It also owns other digital products, online classifieds, radio stations and outdoor media. Its subsidiaries include Orchard 290 Ltd, SPH Invest Ltd., SPH Multimedia Private Limited and The Seletar Mall Pte. Ltd., among others.
