- Annual General Meeting 2024 to be held on 21 May 2024
[Stockholm, 22 March 2024] – The Annual Report for 2023 – in English and Swedish versions – has been approved by the Board of Directors of SinterCast. The Annual Report 2023 has been published and is available at www.sintercast.com in PDF-format and XHTML-format (Swedish only). The Annual Report 2023 is published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The format of the report is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML). In line with the ESEF requirements, the Annual Report 2023 has been labelled with XBRL tags. The report includes the CEO Message, the Director’s Report, the Corporate Governance Report, and the Financial Statements.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024 of SinterCast AB (publ) will be held at 15:00 CET on Tuesday 21 May 2024 at the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), Grev Turegatan 16, Stockholm.
