Skanska Residential Development Poland invested PLN 113 million, about SEK 290 million, in the implementation of the fifth and final stage of the Park Scandinavia estate, located in Warsaw's Goclaw district. The investment project includes two seven-story buildings, housing a total of 198 functional apartments with varied areas ranging from 25 to 124 square meters. In line with Skanska's adopted strategy, the new investment will be equipped with eco-friendly solutions to enhance energy efficiency, reduce emissions, and positively impact the residents' comfort.

The proposed Skanska buildings will feature the smart home system - Appartme, allowing remote control of lighting, electrical sockets, and heating through a mobile app, resulting in annual savings of up to 17%. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the building roofs to power selected apartments, contributing to energy efficiency and cost reduction. The eco-friendly and well-being solutions implemented in the final phase of the project have enabled both buildings to achieve BREEAM INTERIM certification at the Very Good level.

Between the buildings completed in previous stages, green courtyards with recreational areas, playgrounds, basketball courts, a climbing wall, chess tables, and a shared public library have been established. The final stage has been designed to seamlessly integrate into the existing layout. The Park Scandinavia estate, spanning all five stages, comprises a total of 861 apartments and 6 commercial premises.

The targeted completion date is during the third quarter of 2025.
