Sk Tbmgeostone Co.,Ltd announced that it expects to receive KRW 5.8 billion in funding from SKC Co., Ltd.

Sk Tbmgeostone Co.,Ltd announced that it will issue 1,160,000 common shares at an issue price of KRW 5,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 5,800 million on November 16, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, SKC Co., Ltd. for 1,160,000 shares increasing its stake from 51% to 68.990% stake post-completion of the transaction. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.

The company is expected to close the transaction on January 11, 2024. The method of capital increase is through shareholder allocation.
