Calendar of Corporate Events - 2018

Milan, 26 January 2018 - SNAITECH S.p.A. notifies, pursuant to art. 2.6.2 par.1 let. b) of Borsa Italiana market exchange regulation, that the Board of Directors, duly held today, has approved the calendar of company's Corporate Events for 2018. The dates scheduled to review and disclose the company's economic and financial statements by the Board of Directors and the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting are the following:

  • • Friday, 16 March 2018

Board of Directors: approval of the SNAITECH Group's Consolidated Financial Statement and SNAITECH S.p.A.'s Financial Statement for period ended 31 December 2017

  • • Monday, 23 April 2018

The ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, in a single session, to approve SNAITECH S.p.A.'s Financial Statement for period ended 31 December 2017

  • • Tuesday, 15 May 2018

Board of Directors: approval of the Interim Financial Statement for period ended 31 March 2018

  • • Friday, 3 August 2018

Board of Directors: approval of the consolidated Financial Statement for period ended 30 June 2018

  • • Wednesday, 14 November 2018

Board of Directors: approval of the Interim Financial Statement for period ended 30 September 2018

Additional meetings with the financial community and media may be scheduled in order to present financial results from time to time. Any changes to the foregoing dates will be announced to the market in a timely manner.

Interim Financial statements are issued in accordance to the content of the press release issued on 16

December 2016.
