Eagle Capital Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire a 33.33% stake in Vector Inc. (TSE : 2656) from SoftBank Corp. (TSE:9434) for ¥1.2 billion on May 11, 2022. Eagle will pay ¥270 per share for 4,625,500 shares in Vector, representing a 33.33% stake.
Prior to closing, SoftBank owns a 42.36% stake in Vector and post-closing its shareholding will decrease to 9.03%. The transaction is expected to close on May 19, 2022.
