Malcolm Wrigley Resigns as Member of the Board of Directors of Sohar Power Company SAOG

Sohar Power Company SAOG (SPC) is an Oman-based joint stock company engaged in the generation and transmission of electricity, and desalination of water in the Sultanate of Oman. The Company owns and operates an electricity generation and seawater desalination plant in Sohar industrial estate, which has a capacity of 585 mega watt (MW) electrical power and 33 million imperial gallons per day water desalination. The Company distributes power and water to Oman Power and Water Procurement Company SAOC.
